Tracability procedure
1. From November to the end of March We are following up the cutting process in the vineyards
2. From April to the end of July We are following up the growing process in the vineyard
3. Follow up the maturity of the crapes in order to select the weeks for the plugging per area and per appellation
4. Once the plugging starts we perform the grape selection that provides our wines with the best juices
5. After the macerating time necessary. The wigmakers starts bottling his own wine in is own cellar providing to each bottle a number related to the initial batch number of the vineyard area

We provide to this areas a batch number
We provide a batch number to each tank corresponding to the area batch
Each bottle is related to a vineyard area and to the winemaker process
