Winemaker personal notes: Its name comes from a very old windmill, sometimes thrown into a panic by the wind; sometimes quite like the long nights of winter. Planted on the hills of Romanèche-Thorins. It owes its nobility to a granitic and rich in manganese soil. Its dress of dark ruby promises flavors of iris, faded rose, spices and of ripe fruit. Wine of guard is worthy to be recognized among the best wines of the area.
