Grape variety: gamay noir à jus blanc
Soil type: very homogenous, made up of coarse grain granite with a few seams of granulate here and there. Orientation: the slopes make the most of the favorable east and southeast orientation.
Appellation extras: Because of its aromatic and luscious side Chiroubles is often considered to be the most 'Beaujolais' of the Crus. The appellation is particularly typical of the most expressive side of the Gamay grape.
Winemaker personal notes: Is the divine communion between the sky which gives to Chiroubles the desire of starry the glass of fine made iridescent pearls. Tender and elegant in mouth, it posts a dress with the red bursting and a sumptuous nose which mixes the flavors of peony, of lily of the valley, iris and of violet.
