Soil type: On the tasting side Beaujolais is an inimitable explosion fruity flavors that have their origin in the poor, stony soils in which the Gamay vine has made its home. The soils are made up of granite and sand with a little clay that give very light acidic soils.
Appellation extras: This wine is midway between Beaujolais and the “Crus” and is at an excellent price/quality ratio. Winemaker personal notes: The Beaujolais-Villages wines are the signature of the soil of my terroir sloping trés slopes full south. The stocks are avvrochent there like the vintage's in order to produce a silky wine all harmonizes some or the cherry teases walls it.
